DAN’S FROGLEGS are constructed using an outer layer of stout material that is lined with very water repellent nylon to help stop any moisture that gets through the outerlayer, plus they easily turn briars. The nylon goes all the way down to the lower ankle of the boot, providing the boots and your legs with protection from sharp sticks and briars. They are carefully made, and then sewn and sealed to the boots of your choice. DAN’S FROGLEGS can be attached to your belt using the adjustable straps, or folded down and snapped at your knees using the snaps in the leggins and the boots.

Dan's Cordura Brush Buster Chap
A tough and long lasting chap now made of 1000 denier Cordura fabric. Twice as thick as the five star chap and not as flexible. 100% waterproof. (brown)

Dan's Frogger Boot

Extra thick 2 mil. overlay, with additional rubber underlays in high puncture areas. The Gel-Comfort insole makes this boot remarkably comfortable. The Xtreme Traction tread is very aggressive in mud, rocks and snow. This 16'' boot is 100% waterproof. Steel shank in outsole. Comfort range; -20°F to 70°F  Weight: 5.6 lbs. Imported.

How to Measure

To determine the size you need, measure over your jeans around the largest part of your leg at the upper thigh then add 2" or 3" to that measurement. For the inseam go 2" to 3" shorter than your normal inseam: We recommend 3" shorter. If you’re between sizes, most folks choose the short length.

Tough outers, but 1 boot leaks...

Posted by SMD on 9th Dec 2024

Bought these several years ago after not finding any better alternative Hippers that last more than 1 Duck season. The outer material is tough enough, but the right boot leaks in 2 places on mine. 1 leak is at the welded seam between the boot and inner liner. The other leak is through the rubber sole of the boot tread, which is bizarre... My right foot/sock ALWAYS gets wet when I wear them. Also, I wear an 11 in everything, and ordered 11 in these. They are tight for anymore than 1 pair of socks, and even then they are a struggle to get on, and really difficult if the inner boot is moist, damp or wet.
