Dan's best chap. The Five Star is built from 420 denier nylon woven more tightly than standard briarproof fabric. This deliberate material choice makes it harder for any briar to penetrate through the chaps to your skin. Waterproof liner, #10 YKK zipper, nylon strap with ¾" plastic buckle, double-stitched throughout. For hunters who want the most protection available in a chap without moving up to full bibs. Thigh sizes from 24" to 32", inseams from 26" to 34".

Five Star Chaps Rock!
These are great chaps. if you follow the instructions for the proper fit, they will fit perfectly. I put them to the test thru Montana pheasant hunting with prickly pear cactus, and also Georgia quail hunting around alot of palmetto - never had an issue. These are definitely not for extreme warm weather - so if you are covering a lot of miles the Dog Day chaps will be much better. i love both of them

Awesome product
These chaps are awesome for when I'm rabbit hunting and it heats up and I no longer need to wear full on bull dog bibs. They don't let the briars through and are very tough. Easy to get on and true to size. Would definitely recommend to others!

Good protection
Easy on and off. Light. My only drawback was after taking them off, my jeans we're soaked, but that is almost to be expected of anything completely briarproff. 100% protection while surveying in some really nasty cutovers. I would buy them again

These chaps do everything they are suppose to do . If you hunt in heavy brush or just want to stay dry in the field these are it . I am avid rabbit Hunter. I run a pack of five beagle so I m in the field all year long and like the GPS collars I won't go out in the field without them . Best of all they made in the USA . How great is that. American striving for greatness. If you don't have them . Get them

Good Fit and quality
Haven't tried them in the field yet but they fit well and appear to be well made. Heavy duty zipper makes them easy to get on and off.
