Who It's For
Dan's best chap. The Five Star is built from 420 denier nylon woven more tightly than standard briarproof fabric. This deliberate material choice makes it harder for any briar to penetrate through the chaps to your skin. Waterproof liner, #10 YKK zipper, nylon strap with ¾" plastic buckle, double-stitched throughout. For hunters who want the most protection available in a chap without moving up to full bibs. Thigh sizes from 24" to 32", inseams from 26" to 34".

Sizing & Care
- Thigh Measurement: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh. For comfortable movement, order 2–3 inches larger than your measurement.
- Inseam: Order 2–3 inches shorter than your pant inseam.
- Do not machine dry! These briarproof chaps will shrink one to two sizes in the dryer.
Warranty Information
Dan’s Hunting Gear®, LLC, does warrant their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product has to be sent back to Dan’s® for inspection. However, Dan’s® will not warranty product that has been abused, or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective product, Dan’s® will either replace or repair the gear.
Dan's® will return/exchange any product for a different size, color, style as long as the product is new and has not been soiled. If a return is sent to us it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s® as a return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. I had been looking for new hunting pants for about a year . Came across these and am glad I found them. The fit chart is right on. They are comfortable and really keep the nasty stuff from getting you. I was not sure about chaps but am glad I got them. Others commented that they were pretty warm to wear in early seasons. Just wear a light pair of pants and you will be fine. I really like these chaps.

Great pair of chaps, easy on and off, fit better than most. Nice that you can order your size, would order larger thigh than suggested. Didn't even know I was walking thru briars, went thru some creeks and did't get wet. Will keep your legs warm are very cold days but get warm on mild days.
