Our best line of chaps, The Five Star Chaps will get you to those places you need to go. Through Briars, brush, and heavy weeds. These chaps will keep you protected. We here at Dan's Hunting Gear use a 420-denier material that when manufactured, is woven more tightly. This is the reason that we chose this material. With a tighter woven fabric it harder for any briars to penetrate through and get to your skin. These chaps are more durability, because we make them here in the United States and use only the best materials we can find. A nylon strap with a plastic ¾'' buckle easily attaches to your belt, while a 24'' #10 YKK zipper makes on and off simple, while wearing shoes. Its lightweight construction features a waterproof lining and double stitching at all seams. Made in U.S.A.
Dan’s Hunting Gear®, LLC, does warrant their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product has to be sent back to Dan’s® for inspection. However, Dan’s® will not warranty product that has been abused, or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective product, Dan’s® will either replace or repair the gear. Dan's® will return/exchange any product for a different size, color, style as long as the product is new and has not been soiled. If a return is sent to us it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s® as a return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.     I had been looking for new hunting pants for about a year . Came across these and am glad I found them. The fit chart is right on. They are comfortable and really keep the nasty stuff from getting you. I was not sure about chaps but am glad I got them. Others commented that they were pretty warm to wear in early seasons. Just wear a light pair of pants and you will be fine. I really like these chaps.

    I like the quality. I have ordered them before, but the size seems to be different with this order. I ordered the exact same ones as before but they fit different.

    I just received these chaps and initial impression is great. They appear to be really well made and high quality. I followed the sizing directions and the fit is spot on. It looks like they will live up to their reputation. I will be looking at buying more of their products in the future!

    Great pair of chaps, easy on and off, fit better than most. Nice that you can order your size, would order larger thigh than suggested. Didn't even know I was walking thru briars, went thru some creeks and did't get wet. Will keep your legs warm are very cold days but get warm on mild days.
