These Five Star Briarproof Chaps from Dan’s Hunting Gear are guaranteed to keep you going. Whether you’re stomping through briars, brush, or heavy weeds, nothing will hold you back in these chaps. Made from a 420-denier material with an extremely tight weave, briars and brush don’t stand a chance against our Briarproof Chaps. They’re also waterproof, feature a nylon strap with a buckle that attaches to your belt, and are manufactured here in the USA. They’re lightweight and double-stitched at all of the seams, so you know they’re built to last.

Sizing recommendations

- Thigh measurement: Measure the circumference of the widest part of your thigh to find the size that’s right for you. Make sure you measure over your regular hunting pants or add 2”-3” for the correct fit.
- Inseam: Subtract 2-3” from your normal pant inseam for these chaps. You definitely don’t want them bunching at your knees because they are too long and stacked on top of your boots. They need to hang straight in your leg area. You will be crabby if they rub together when you walk.
- DO NOT dry them in the dryer; they will shrink at least one size, maybe two. You will be upset, but your kids will be proud of their new chaps.

Dan’s Hunting Gear®, LLC, does warrant their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product has to be sent back to Dan’s® for inspection. However, Dan’s® will not warranty product that has been abused, or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective product, Dan’s® will either replace or repair the gear. Dan's® will return/exchange any product for a different size, color, style as long as the product is new and has not been soiled. If a return is sent to us it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s® as a return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. These chaps are awesome for when I'm rabbit hunting and it heats up and I no longer need to wear full on bull dog bibs. They don't let the briars through and are very tough. Easy to get on and true to size. Would definitely recommend to others!

Good protection

Easy on and off. Light. My only drawback was after taking them off, my jeans we're soaked, but that is almost to be expected of anything completely briarproff. 100% protection while surveying in some really nasty cutovers. I would buy them again

These chaps do everything they are suppose to do . If you hunt in heavy brush or just want to stay dry in the field these are it . I am avid rabbit Hunter. I run a pack of five beagle so I m in the field all year long and like the GPS collars I won't go out in the field without them . Best of all they made in the USA . How great is that. American striving for greatness. If you don't have them . Get them

Haven't tried them in the field yet but they fit well and appear to be well made. Heavy duty zipper makes them easy to get on and off.

Did good job going through brush they just make you sweat .I was soaked after hunting, but not from morning dew.I love them
