Dan’s Hunting Gear®, LLC, does warrant their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product has to be sent back to Dan’s® for inspection. However, Dan’s® will not warranty product that has been abused, or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective product, Dan’s® will either replace or repair the gear. Dan's® will return/exchange any product for a different size, color, style as long as the product is new and has not been soiled. If a return is sent to us it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s® as a return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.     I like the shirt. I wear a large/xl and I got a large thinking it would be big, but it was actually pretty snug. I have worn it through some nasty cutovers while surveying, and it provided excellent briar protection, even the part that's soft provided good protection. My only drawback is that the sleeves and shoulders don't breathe causing me to sweat more than normal in those areas, but I haven't found much in briar protection that doesn't do that.
